Insurance
Healthy Life Acupuncture Clinic accepts most insurance carriers and will bill your insurance. If you are unsure if you have acupuncture insurance coverage, please do not hesitate to contact the clinic with your insurance identification number, group number, and the phone number listed on the insurance card. The clinic will get back to you and inform you of your coverage.
- Please verify that your insurance has acupuncture coverage before your treatment. You are responsible for any payment due that is not covered by your insurance.
- Insurance generally does not cover herbal formulas or supplements.
Health Savings Plan
If your insurance does not cover acupuncture, you may be able to use your pre-tax health savings account to pay for acupuncture treatments.
Cash
If you do not have insurance coverage for acupuncture, you may pay cash for your treatments. Healthy Life Acupuncture Clinic also accepts all major credit cards. Checks are not accepted. Payment is due in full at the time of service.
